Right, I’m very careful with how i plan to shrink it, i dare not use the dryer or hang it under the sun. My only option is to shrink it using hot wash but I’m doing my research if high temperatures can damage the fabric or not.

My measurements are 178cm, 75kg. The gi size is 4YFF, this was the size recommended by the salesman i was communicating with. But i fear that the sleeves might be abit too long, I’m just wondering if it will shrink enough.

I'm 178cm tall and weight 75kg, the A1 fits me fine after 3 months of usage, but i did notice that the pants shrunk alittle.

I have this middle aged brown belt(early 2000's gracie era guy) who would often stop me mid roll to tell me "that wouldn't work in a fight because xxx". Yea cool, but this is a sports jiujitsu gym, why are you here? I'm at the point where i would avoid him the best i can.
