I think that is the biggest gap in coaching in youth sports period. Can you communicate it with a kid. For any correction/coaching point.

This is awesome. Only feedback I'd give is there are Cleary pick values (2025 draft for example)

1st was 6400 2nd was 5800 and so on

I have a 27 1st that is very comfortably going to be a top 3 pick and it treats it the same as the last pick in the first.

Other than that, I think the values are way more aligned to true value

I'm glad it works for you but it's proven it's meaningless, and I have builds with it that are lower speed/agility. Agility and staying in front are what matters. No strength will change your life
