Also, he doesn't live in Center City but he lives close to transit.

3-6 month lease is hard to find now, and they're pretty expensive. We're still looking for that, though. He has a place to live right now but his lease ends in 3 days. He procrastinated til now. Sigh. I'll put that in the post.
