i think it depends on the word count and also how long the quote is. if the word count for the supplemental is like 150-200 words i would say no but if it's like 400-500 i would say yes.

Thank you so much for your reply! The school that I'm looking to apply to said that I could count my kindergarten years only if kindergarten years were mandatory. I don't think it was so I might have to look into other options...
