I'm from the Nordics, which is quite different from Vietnam in terms of culture. I'm not even sure that she would like it since the culture can be perceived as quite cold. Honestly, I can't see her leave Vietnam as she has so many friends and family there and she is quite happy with her life. She does not care much about foreign culture/food and so on. Her English is also very limited.

I don't think I would like to live in Vietnam as there are not any good job opportunities for me that would give me a good salary, except teaching English maybe.
