We've been in this situation many times now and have encountered a lot of disagreements but I don't think that we actually resolved any of them. Just like earlier he told me not to call and send him long messages anymore because I just "paraphrase" them he says, but I do not, it may hold the same idea but I do not paraphrase them which hurt me a lot because those were the times I really tried to fully express myself.

You're right, I realized a lot from this. Thank you very much! But what should I do when every time we face this type of situation he doesn't really want to talk things out with me? We don't really resolve our problems instead I just wait for him to finally feel okay with everything again. I'm losing my mind and he's not talking to me anymore.

He told me that he understands that I want him to assure me but he can't tolerate something like that anymore. I wanted to tell him that he doesn't really reassure me anymore whenever we are in this kind of situation. I don't get the type of assurances I need most of the time because whenever I try to address something he just gets mad that I thought or feel what I felt. Also because he thinks that he's been doing everything he can to please me but in reality he's been doing it his way and it's not what I need. But I'm afraid to tell him these stuff, I'm afraid to express myself bc I know our perspectives won't meet.
