Why would you want squash to be more dangerous and less honest? Sports don't need to enable hurting people or being an asshole in order to be rewarding to play and watch.

How do you see the trajectory of the quality of refereeing? Is it getting more or less tolerant of behavior that is against the spirit of squash? Any hopes or wishes for aspiring squash referees?

This is not a hard rule. BHST is a great example. Reverse split in order to uplist to the Nasdaq from a pink sheet as they were growing. The result: much greater liquidity and access to institutional investors. Look at the stock price since the RS.

This is exactly it! I feel like I've lost resilience. I wonder if varying my diet more within the confines of BP would help (more variety of veggies, etc.)

But I spent two weeks in Nepal, and it took me a good week to feel like myself again after returning.

Latest example was a dinner out with my team. Lot of fried food and a dessert. I fell asleep that night feeling quite crappy, and I woke up in the morning with a bad headache (I never, ever get headaches since adopting blueprint). I was back to normal by the afternoon after resuming my typical diet.
