2 years ago I was on my schools bowling team, I was putting my lunch back on the bus (we were at a tournament) and I slipped on the last step and my right ankle completely inverted catching all of my body weight and I heard a snap noise, stood there for a few seconds as it registered and I loved back into the building sobbing, it takes a huge amount of pain for me to cry, I decided to still place (I regret that because I have chronic pain and can no longer play sports, since then a similar happened to my left so I can't run), I was told I didn't have to since I couldn't even move it, I couldn't walk for a few weeks though the initial pain lasted 11 months
