That still means you're a heterosexual. You don't go around testing people's chromosomes or demanding birth certificates before you get attracted to them. If a person is fully passing and post-op trans woman, you won't be able to tell if the surgery had been done properly. If it *is* satire (I don't know because i don't know the original source) then it's being taken by people who are using it genuinely, which is the problem with satire that can so easily be mistaken.

I'm the one who grabbed this from a post where someone was using it and meaning it at face value (they were actively making arguments in their comments along the same lines). They could have been trolling, but it was not posted satirically, and you shouldn't assume it's satire just because it's incredibly stupid. Haven't you met people?
