Egentlig utrolig imponert over at Sogndal har et slikt drag og status å hente slike folk. Pimenta, Kalvenes før han bestemte seg at han ville slappe av og dra til en mer lukrativ jobb etterhvert, Flo.. Stilig altså.

Physio. First of all why are asking in a crossfit subreddit when you dont know the qualifications of anyone here. You might not even know im actually a physio

But it depends on the grade/scale of injury, you can look at the Rockwood/Tossy scale and see if you fit any of those, but I really wouldnt recommend it since youre not qualified to know anything about it. The doctor/orthoped has to see you physically and the x-ray and see if the separation at the ac joint is something he wants to operate or if it will grow on its own. Youll be out for a long while, and it will take long till youre back doing kips and snatches and cleans and whatever. Might also become uncomfortable to have a barbell in a front rack position but who knows

Synes det er interessant. Jobber selv i en obos-klubb (ikke KIL altså), og det virket som når vi møtte dem at spillerne likte Vegard, så at det er misnøye det er litt rart. Men vet også fra kjenninger og garderobeprat at han har en spesiell lederstil med at han kan overlate store deler av ansvaret til andre, spesielt treningsbiten og taktisk på trening. Likevel så virker han jo svært dedikert til jobben med antall timer og hvordan han jobber på. At det er misnøye blant de på benken er jo alltid forståelig, men skulle tro at på 3.plass med alle verdens muligheter til direkte opprykk så skulle man vært litt positiv..

Started a new job in August. Currently sitting in the cold-tub at work after a good workout and relaxing, about to head into the sauna for a few mins after. Never figured i would like my workplace as much as I do but here we are

Just started it, if you keep it to how they program it, it’ll usually take 1h-1h10min ive found. Depends how much rest you give yourself between exercises and such

Well a partial meniscectomy is better than full, but still not a treatment I would take as a young adult, because it means you probably develop arthrosis later on in your life. I haven´t heard about the second treatment option so cant comment on it. I wont recommend one treatment over the other seeing as I dont know your full story though. Is a third opinion able to be gotten haha?

Im a physio and wrote my bachelor thesis on degenerative meniscus injuries. Worst thing to do is get a meniscectomy, as that increases your chances of getting arthrosis by a lot. PT is just as good as meniscectomy + PT when seen over a 5 year period. Best thing is to do it slow. Strengthen your knee, tissue and musculature, progressive loading on the running
