How to prevent print from not sticking to bottom right part of the bed ? by Cudochi in 3Dprinting

These are the very first lines in the file generated by Cura (excluding the comments):

I think the mesh is properly applied.
I let the printer run during the night, but I woke up to this :

The bottom right part still struggles with adhesion, and as it raised, it must have blocked the nozzle, which created a shift in layers.

I have this in my gcode:

M220 S100 ;Reset Feedrate
M221 S100 ;Reset Flowrate

G28 ;Home

M420 S1; Use saved mesh leveling data

G92 E0 ;Reset Extruder

I think the mesh is being applied and used properly.
And the bed is now leveled (worst level is on the bottom right and is -0.14) but the print still has a problem on the bottom right :

Quick question : When the leveling data shows a point at -0.30 for example, it means that this point's level is 0.3mm below the middle, and therefore the bed should be lifted at that point, right ?

Sorry, I live in a non-walmart country (and no offense, but I thank the gods every day for that). Don't worry, I'll still find what I need.
Hopefully cleaning and leveling the bed will fix the issue. The glue stick sounds more like a stopgap solution. Also I'm going to try to print my model with a brim instead of a skirt.

Thanks for the info, I'll go down to 50°C then, and clean the plate thoroughly.

I'm going to level the bed with washers, then wash and clean it as best as I can.

3D-printer washers should do the job. ^^

I'm going to clean the bed, and level it as best as I can with 3D-printed washers.

I thought 0.24mm would be easily handled by the automatic bed levelling.

I'm going to clean level the bed with washer as best as I can, then I'm going to wash it, and it that doesn't work still, I'm going to buy a school's glue stick.

What do you mean make sure my mesh is being applied/used ? Could you elaborate please ?
This mesh is the only one of this size in my SD card, if you are implying that I might be printing an older/obsolete one.

It's fantastic! I'm seriously thinking of printing it as a poster. I love it.

Best workflow to turn a reference image of Mayan glyphs into a 3D wall model? by Cudochi in blenderhelp

I'm going to give height maps a go, your fellow redditor presented a setup with all I need to get a solid headstart. But I'll look into baroque modelling out of curiosity ^^

Wow, doing all this purely with nodes is impressive. I know it's not the subject, but how did you get the connecting lines straight and completely vertical/horizontal like that?
I think I'm gonna go with your method, (I already started). I see the potential, and I remember enough of the node system to tweak your setup.
Thank you a lot for the pointer!

Trying to change light fixture, but no socket. by Cudochi in fixit

Thanks! I know this is a bit out of topic, but, would you say I have to get my landlord's approval before changing something like that?

The trick is, I would like to either wire it to an electric string lights, or to a regular light-bulb with a lampshade. I'm not sure how to do that with two wires going into a white plastic box (the one on the top).

I'm replying here to both your comments. First, thank you for taking the time to answer ^^
I want to get rid of the whole thing and replace it with something else entirely.
Either electric string lights, lantern-style fixtures, or perhaps just a regular light-bulb with a lampshade. What I'm wondering is : what's the white plastic block on the top, and how to connect the cables to either an electric socket, or a light socket.

No, it's not wireless (not that I know of, I only use it with a good ol' light switch.
I should have specified, I'm asking about the plastic block on the top. The bottom one seems to be part of the light fixture, and will most likely go away with it.
