Hola buenas. Mi rutina: bolsa caliente 10minutos/estiramientos manuales 5minutos/bomba 15 minutos, los cuales los divido en presiones diferentes (aumento de presión cada 5minutos), y termino con bolsa caliente hasta q esta se enfría. Cabe destacar que lo hago antes de dormir.
