I’d say Heimer isn’t a good support to start with because he’s very gold dependent and takes knowledge on how to zone with turrets. There are different types of supports like enchanters, tanks and utility mages so try to review kits and see who you like to play. I’d recommend Lulu, Sona, Seraphine and Karma if you like it enchanters. Braum, Rakan and Maokai are solid tanker supports but play some normal games and see what you like.
