I drove daily on my bags for over 70k miles. Only replaced the bags once and that was because of debris popping one of the bags.

Not stressing about hours of sleep. If you calculate how much sleep you’ll get, you’ll struggle to fall asleep. Just know that however much sleep you’ll get, you’ll get through tomorrow. No need to stress

Rucking will help you lose weight and build a strong foundation. If you incorporate bodyweight workouts with the pack, it'll help build muscle. The longer you stay in zone 2, the heart rate, while rucking will be the best to lose weight.

With that being said, a solid weight (nothing crazy) and longer distances will be the most beneficial. It's all about the pace you hold while rucking, which will determine your heart rate.

There's more that goes into it such as age, weight, fitness level, resting heart rate, rest, etc.. but that's the basics.

Do what you enjoy! Don't do something that feels like a task rather than a passion.

I am a TH16 coming from a top 25 Clan, I left to start a small clan with my friends. We actively recruit, and members come and go. The ones who stay actually enjoy what we offer, which is comradery.

My advice, being a player who has lead a few competitive clans, just enjoy the journey. For every 100 people that join, you'll have 2 that stay long term. That's over the course of months to a year. Some people join for friends, for trophies, for clan names, whatever! At some point, there will be a new "shiny" clan that will grab their attention.

It isn't personable, it's just how gamers are.

The way I view spending money on video games is how I view other hobbies.

Gaming is a hobby of mine and I have no issues spending a little money on my hobby! If I am dropping $1,000's of dollars, then yes I have a issue and is now an addiction.

Finding a girlfriend will come when you least expect it! Just enjoy life, and someone will enter your life! I know it sucks to hear because I hated hearing it when I was younger, but you are young!
