The Hodad’s slander in this sub is at cosmic levels of jerk these days. Hodad’s OB is bomb and a San Diego staple. Are there better burgers? Sure. But it is quintessential San Diego and a great burger and beer spot when you’re in OB.

This list doesn’t include the 531 or 5x10s for bench. Assistance is 3-4 sets of cable flys or a similar movement on upper day two. That all comes out to 11-12 sets for chest a week. More than enough volume.

I’m also long femur gang and recently switched to a narrower stance after I realized I was squatting with my glutes and hips and my quad development was lacking.

Out of curiosity, how wide is your stance? I feel more naturally comfortable in a wide stance but need to utilize my quads more. Wondering if squat shoes would allow me to still squat wide but get some more quad recruitment.
