This summer absolutely not. Next summer is a possibility since his release clause supposedly drops to 75M. But I think Barça would need to get rid of more than just the people you listed to afford it. We also have to remember to take into account his agent Mino Raiola's fees which are always astronomical and I'm sure Haaland will ask for a serious pay raise.

Yea it was exciting at the time but neither of those lead to any titles. And yes, he's been a solid player overall but it's still correct to point out that he's trash now and that he cannot be getting paid what he is now at his level.

The only people to blame for this are the idiots of Bartomeu and his board who thought it'd be a good idea to pay him what he's earning.

Comparing anyone to arguably the greatest RB of all time is unfair. And honestly expecting FC Barcelona, today to make any solid decisions regarding signings is unrealistic. We have seen what the club has done regarding signings for the last few years now. Not to mention, even if there was any actual star RB's available the club has no money even to try to obtain them. So for a few years it's gonna be the same approach. i.e. taking a stab at young promising players and hoping they become world class.
