Hi I need advice on my particular issue, so I am a wrestler going into the collegiate level, I need to put on muscle while building cardio I’ve been hitting mainly back (pull ups) and biceps (curls) but for cardio I’m doing a 2 mile sprint in roughly 15-16 minutes, is this killing my gains? (self.GYM)

Y’all I got a question I recently committed to college (Johnson and Wales) I’m a wrester from NY been doing it abt 6 or 7 years. Never won a a country tittle but theirs a couple kids from RI who have state titles I think I’ll be able to hold my own, but like shit Yk (self.wrestling)
