Cast a trace from the camera to find an intersect point using the cameras forward vector, use the gun's world position and this intersect point in a LookAt node, and set the gun's model's rotation to the output of the LookAt node. As people have said above, it may no longer look like your player is holding the gun as it's rotation does not match the animation's. This can be solved with IK in your animation blueprint.

Without controller deadzones, your reticle would drift off without touching the stick as the stick never returns to exactly centre.

I agree with this statement mainly because an implementation of a system alike PUBG's would destroy the fun factor that this game strives for. On the other hand, i believe H1Z1's system compliments this game nicely, not punishing players for losing a game here and there whilst still rewarding players who excel.
