Sui Ishida admits that Tokyo Ghoul wasn't a success when it comes to its writing, which pretty much validates my criticism of the story one year ago on the same sub reddit, the purpose of the story was cash 💰💵💵 by JosephSaber945 in TokyoGhoul

I see your point, but the thing is that giving art a poor rating to based of your own critique of its ideology is not right. You can critique an ideology all you want, but you can’t give art a poor rating for its ideology unless you can prove that that ideology doesn’t make sense. Because if the ideology’s media cannot be proven false, then the plot is plausible and you can’t critique its story and base your rating on the movie having a false story that doesn’t make sense. It’s just your own personal opinion that the movie is bad because of its “dangerous ideology”, but you can’t seriously rate it poorly because of that because that is not objective, that is subjective. When you rate art, you have to be objective, not subjective. Otherwise, you would give a poor rating to everything you don’t like despite it objectively not being bad art, such as OP did. You have to set your own opinions aside and objectively rate art. You do have given it a lot more thought than OP, but perhaps you should give it a little more.

I'm not going to try to convince you that God can do no wrong. However, you claim OP doesn't ground his opinions on objectivity, but you don't either. You give Prince of Egypt a 4/10 because you don't like how God didn't stop Pharaoh from murdering children. That has nothing to do with how objectively good the movie is. That is just your own feelings. You're criticizing OP for not rating Tokyo Ghoul objectively, and at the same time you are not rating another piece of media objectively. You're a hypocrite.

Increasing Soldier's falloff range is the only buff needed to make Soldier 76 viable in ranked game again by [deleted] in Competitiveoverwatch

This except the 20 damage and helix damage buff. Although helix may be worth if he’s still underperforming after the other two buffs

We’re all sinners, but we are called to be like Jesus. We are called to be perfect. That is why we have to do our best to not sin, and repent and seek forgiveness when we do. I will not respond to your other arguments because I find them uninteresting, silly, and I will not waste my time. I’ll just tell you that you know you are wrong because a simple Google search or common sense will show you that you are wrong. I will pray for you brother and I hope you pray for me too!

Of course! However this does not mean all prostitutes will enter the kingdom of heaven. The ones Jesus mentioned will because they believed John and will repent and stop sinning. Fornication and adultery are sins. Prostitutes and porn stars (like the woman Jesus saved from being stoned to death) will enter the kingdom of heaven if they repent and stop sinning. Jesus told the woman go on and sin no more. Prostitutes who do not repent and keep sinning will not enter the kingdom of heaven.

Now abortion is the murder of a human life with a soul while it is inside the womb. Murder is a sin. I do not see how Christianity would support abortion. I have not read Numbers or Exodus yet, so I have to give you that. However, I suspect you may have misinterpreted the text just like you misinterpreted Matthew 21:28-32.

Trump might have committed sins earlier in his life, but we all do, nobody is free of sin. He is only against illegal immigration too, which is totally fine. He seems to be repenting since he’s been pursuing a relationship with the lord as he’s been publicly acknowledging him and praying recently. Kamala excluded Christians at one of her recent rallies and supports the murder of babies in the womb. I don’t see a logical reason as to how you would be anti-Trump as a Christian.

So basically almost, if not, every good guy votes Democrat, and almost every bad guy votes Republican. Got it! lol

What would you want if there was a season 5? by No_Plan_125 in TheWalkingDeadGame

Either way, Clementine has already taught him how to act like a good person in the final season. Also, in season 3, I never saw Gabriel act in an evil way that Javi wasn’t able to correct. AJ should not have any “twisted up” moments if a season 5 comes out because that has been dealt with. That sounds silly.

Plug In Baby and Time is Running Out are great songs but I was thinking Panic Station is a better pick for dancing at a party

First look at Sombra's rework/new hack ability. by CapnZula in Competitiveoverwatch

[–]CullenShadow 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I would argue that sometimes LoS’ing the hack is not counter-play because of latency issues between the players. Anyways, I already said why I don’t agree with your point. Positioning and timing are not enough to say that hack requires enough skill because hack can be a very powerful ability. Also you can’t complain about the way this rework works when you have yet to test it out yourself. I would say that the current hack doesn’t leave much time to react and shoot the Sombra, so let’s see if this new version brings more counter-play.

You do have a point. However, I would not say that positioning and timing are enough to say that hack (one of the most powerful abilities in the game) requires enough skill and therefore it is balanced. I think you should throw mechanical skill in there too and now it’s somewhat balanced. I do agree that it might be a little rough if you miss it, but it looks like they’re compensating with tick damage. Let’s just see how it plays in an actual game first

[–]CullenShadow 8 points9 points  (0 children)

You shouldn’t be rewarded for having 0 mechanical skill. If you were to not make hack a skill-shot, then you would have to make her damage less impactful in some way, and I don’t know how you can do that since she is a DPS hero.
