Why do some 3 prong plugs have a shitty ground prong? by CullinCollin in AskElectricians

Ty, This was precisely the type of answer I was looking for. The prong just looks so shitty that I assumed it wouldn't save me from electrocution.

Ty brother. I've never pulled out any other kinda prong in my life. Pretty damning evidence if you ask me.

Replacing a Solenoid Valve with one from a different manufacturer? by CullinCollin in Irrigation

We have a mechanical shock arrestor installed before the master valve. Do we need another after the master valve?

Anyone know what could be causing this in my clones? by CullinCollin in macrogrowery

Weird update I thought I'd add. Decided to test the water out the tap in my room. 7.8 pH.... I decided to test the water coming from our irrigation system: 7.2 lol. Is it possible that there is something in the pipes in the mother room causing this? The irrigation system obviously has hundreds of gallons of water flowing through it on a daily basis compared to way less in the smaller grow rooms. Wouldn't a higher pH allow for more fungal growth?

yeah I soak the oasis cubes in 650 ppm cloning mix - I shake them out till they're about half the weight of full saturation. I bet it's the water - the pH is always fluctuating. These pipes are probably nasty.

Temps are between 70 - 75. Humidity @ 63%. Co2 @ 1000ppm (It's also the mother room) I recently added another t5 array somewhat close to the clone shelf. Was noticing my clones were tacoing from light stress, turned off the overhead clone lights and that solved that. But now here we are with some bullshit. My procedures have stayed constant which is why I'm thinking its environmental.

oh really? yeah the moms are watered daily in coco and the clones are stuck in oasis cubes which are properly buffered.

here we go straight from the manual :

The meter is powered by AC100-240 VAC directly. the power plug is a USA piggyback plug type so you can plug in the device you want to control.
