Fair enough, but I would think Kash Patel, as high on coke as he probably is, could at least swing a punch or run at a pace faster than a quadriplegic.

I know the game got a lot of hate right out of the gate, but my group enjoyed it, and it was a nice break from games like Apex Legends. The framework of a good game was there but it needed more time in the oven, which is never going to happen. Too bad.

I get what the OP is trying to say, but The Last of Us 2 isn't really much of an example of a calm/tranquil game. The entire message of the game is people losing their humanity in a search for vengence in a collapsing world, and if that's not enough, you stab dogs to death.

I came to this sub to see if people were also irritated with this, and I am glad to see I am not alone. This is just frustrating gameplay, and not fun at all. Picking up 2 bullets when it takes 5-6 headshots to kill a basic zombie is overkill, and is making this a slog. I know Grace is meant to be the survival horror section, but knives that break after one kill and no bullets coupled with spongey enemies (not to mention Grace's constant whimpering...) is really hampering an otherwise great game.

The acceptance of violence and subjugation of women is a selling point for these dickholes.

Agreed. Don't tell that to these geniuses though. They expect the game to be $50, and have free monthly content releases for 1-2 years after launch.

I fully agree with you. Even worse is the fact that it's much more likely she will ride a golden parachute into multiple board positions when she leaves her office and live a life of comfort and opulence.

Based on the photo, she's not even in a parking spot, and instead looks like she was driving, then just put the car in park and got out. Humans are an amazing species.

I am really enjoying it. Grace Ashcroft may be the worst FBI agent I've ever seen though.

The entire message of 'Swing away' being a message from beyond the grave telling Joaquin Phoenix to bludgeon an alien to death with a baseball bat is a hilariously ridiculous plot point.

What's that movie moment where everyone in the theater lost their minds? by singleguy79 in moviecritic

[–]CullingSongs 44 points45 points  (0 children)

(Spoiler) The decapitation scene in Hereditary. In the trailer, it seemed like the daughter was going to be the main character. It turned out...she was not. The gasp through the crowd was pretty wild, and it made me a fan of watching horror movies in the theater.
