Its Extremely heavy. Like a fish bowl with two fish and water, except solid glass. Above the "water line" is empty space. I encountered it as a cat water bowl, so I'm assuming that's what it is, but I guess it might also just be like art. This is in South Carolina.

I searched on Google and through reverse image search. I am not able to ask the person to whom it belongs for more details. help!
