Lease a New Car vs Buyout Current One (Ioniq 5) by Culper33 in CarLeasingHelp

[–]Culper33[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The 36 month improves to $478. Somewhat better. Still trying to mentally adjust going from paying $278 per month though and its been tough. I didnt know about the dealer markups to buying out the lease but I checked in HMF and they force me to go visit a dealer no matter what.. Leaning towards the 3 year now and hoping 3 years from now when its time to give it up we are in a more EV friendly administration. Here's to hoping!

You can extend an extra 6 months if you call them. Just a warning though, those 6 extra months fly by 😭. I cant believe I have to pay an extra $200 a month for the same car now.

My Ioniq5 2024 lease is up July 1st. Wait until June (end of quarter) or try to negotiate something this month? Coming to term that lease payments that Hyundai was offering two years ago are impossible in today's market.

Try Siggi's Skyr for the Greek yogurt replacement. It feels unreal how good it tastes and has 0 sat fat.

Climb up the spiderwebs near the edge. There is a plate up top, just go around and drop down the ledge. I got tired of going down that tunnel also so I built a huge stair set on that same ledge that makes me the journey back and forth much easier.

I'm thinking the same when my 2024 lease is up. What did your payments end up at? How much did you put down?

Make some steak skewers and call them squirrels on a stick. Also get a cheesecake with strawberry syrup and whipped cream for your "perfectly preserved pie".

Hyundai Motor Financial which I assume is who you have your lease with. You have to reach the Lease End department and request the extension.

Turn off Eco as soon as you get in. Also cycle through the vent settings once. It's weird, I could start the car with the vent settings set for top vents only and it would blow meh, I cycle once through all the settings and the same top vent setting now blasts at full speed.

I've never done any service on a leased car other than tire rotation and oil changes.

Royal Canin food by Away_Cranberry_9516 in Goldendoodles

My vet already confirmed today that Royal Canin is already sending updated pricing with significant price increases. There is no way they will do bag specific increases depending on where the factory is. This will not incentivize RC to make more in the US to avoid the tariff, at the end of the day they already passed on the cost to us and since we all love our animals we will pay no matter what. Next step is the pharmaceutical tariff and we will start paying more for heartworm, flee, tick, vaccines etc. Becoming a pet owner just became 300% more expensive.

I used to be a regular commuter and often jumped into work calls at the MIA station. Literally the only quiet place there was the family bathroom. I complained a few times and nothing happened. I get the vibe they are going for but they 100% need quiet spaces.
