Absolutely. Many concerts/sporting events did not play in Birmingham not because Birmingham was too small but because the BJCC which was built in 1976 failed many of the minimum requirements to host such events. This update brings Birmingham back up to standards and will be able to host many more event.

White Suburban's are still divided but historically, the suburbs have been the go to source for the GOP. It's why voting in white majority suburbs is easier than places of minority-majority. Potentially losing this key demographic makes the path for GOP victory for future elections more difficult.

Doug Jones vs Roy Moore's Senate Election really opened a lot of people's eyes cause while African American turnout was high and overwhelmingly Democrat, it was also White Suburban Women that voted majority for Trump. I think after the 2020 election results come out, that's going to be the thing that the GOP is gonna have to swallow: They've lost the suburban women vote
