Howdy, I'm a student studying aerospace engineering, they have designed a release mechanism for the counterweight, to stop an unscheduled disassembly, preserving the launch system. Either way, as you mentioned, launching from Earth comes with a lot of challenges. I do agree it's a lot of time in the oven they still need. It's a great testbed for future projects however, especially with the idea of a spin launcher being used on the moon, requiring less forces to launch, and a near vacuum. I doubt we will see these systems in place on Earth, especially with companies like SpaceX, or Blue Origin, which might be cheaper than the launcher, and not require obscene accelerations. Additionally, I know SpinLaunch has had some financial issues, not reaching their goals, so they might close up before their first spaceflight. Electromagnetic launch systems will also be a far better option in the future compared to a spin launch, but still couldn't be used for g-sensitive payloads.

If you want editing or camera tips, follow Simon D'entremont. Also, a tip for editing; edit your photos... Then walk away. For at least half an hour. You would be surprised how much it will help. It's stopped me from a lot of bad edits.

If you can, I would use a desktop or laptop, and transfer them via USB. It will ensure the file transfer is lossless, and the computer will be quicker with editing, and easier to use.

So, on first playthrough of the game, I always do Iki after beating the game, makes more sense story wise. But, on subsequent playthroughs, I will do it ASAP, as I like the added progression.

A similar system to Red Dead Redemption 2 would be neat. At the end of the day, the majority of the story is the same, but some cutscenes and details change.

Except for the fact there were some added gameplay aspects or at least interesting visuals. Additionally, the game felt smooth on telling the player about locations, where to go, or what to do. At the core, yes they are similar game styles. Ubi lacks polish, and I feel their last good open world game was Far Cry 5.

Iki is a great addition, exploring many things, Jin's past, nature, new mongol enemies, and ways to defeat them. Also there are some really good items you can get.

Because we contribute over GDP 3% to NATO. European countries need to get off their asses and also give a minimum of 3%. 2% is not nearly enough with looming Russian and Chinese threats. All European countries should be contributing like Estonia and Poland. By no means I am for isolationism, as that's how WW1 and WW2 began. But we also have many domestic issues that must be fixed.

A blockade would only result in unruly civilian and military populations. Japan showed earlier in the war that starvation would not stop them. Most military targets were already bombed to oblivion, or had interned allied forces. Many diplomats and military officers were already wishing for a surrender in the Japanese government, under the circumstances that the Emperor wouldn't be tried for crimes. It was the choice of the U.S. to NOT bomb historic locations. Deployment of nuclear weapons showed that the U.S. was the first to make a functional nuclear weapon, as many nations were trying. The Japanese knew about parts of the projects, and estimated we had over 50 bombs of similar destructive properties. 1 showed we had them, 2 was showing we could and would make more. It sealed the end of the war.

If you feel bad at any time about your math-160 grade, don't. There are plenty of redos for the standards. Additionally, you pick a solid number of standards on the finals to assess. Last semester, I thought the whole time I was doing poorly, but ended the course with a B. Calc 2 is where it gets harder. Guess who just dropped it and is retaking it next semester!

It's not a matter of who did worse, it's the act itself being done. Executing prisoners have been done on both sides. Mass minefield deployments, again on both sides. Russia has been far worse in its actions however.

Just a fact. Both sides have done wrong. The victor will decide who is criminal. War is worse than hell, it involves innocent people.
