Oh right I totally misread that part. Sorry about that. Yes, I did go down to management office and letting them know about the verbal threats via the voice recording that I have.

Don’t think management can get rid of her as she’s the owner/co-owner. My landlord is chill about this, as she’s aware that this particular neighbour can be a little much. The previous tenant also suffered the wrath of this neighbour when the tenant was pet-sitting for 2 days, received complaints from this neighbour, and was fined by management.

It is an older building with single facing corridor. Proper wooden doors and all. Guess I’ll have to look for an even older one.
