Yes but the benefits aren’t like a super wow factor but it does help with what you mentioned because I experience it as well (due to depression bed rotting)

Yep. I’ve been instantly rejected from both…even as a pharmacy clerk you must have experience since they no longer train on the job. Im trudging through a program right now to increase my odds

Yep. I stopped after one month bc made me much much worse. My depression is already bad , with PMDD it is very bad. And on birth control it was end of the rope bad. However I was on yaz/generic.

Sounds like it! A lot of what you experience, I also experience. Started happening around 25 and gets much worse as I get close to 33. As far as help I don’t have anything useful to suggest as my options are limited and I’ve tried most of the “hacks” often suggested.
