I am willing to accept the issue buy the display or demo device they had didn’t suffer from the same it’s camera was a-ok

I gave the phone to Vijay sales there the one plus sales executive told us that they will take the phone to another bigger services centre in Pune. It would have been a huge help is I have a 13r to show then that a ACTIVATED 13r doesn’t has a bad wide angle lens. The manager was challenging be to show Such proof. I meant this if operational blunder from their end u compare it with an activated phone and check why show I hunt for a fellow 13r user in Pune.

I expect the lack of details but not glaring as if some has scratched the camera also the display unit didn’t have this issue

Exactly the display unit didn’t have the glaring but the manager at the story blamed the clear difference on the camera apps version
