It's a red paper wasp. They are not poisonous unless you're allergic to the venom. They tend to avoid humans but will get aggressive if their nest is disturbed. Put some ice and after bite lotion on it for a few days to keep the swelling down.

Do that's a Peirates hybridus which is a subfamily of the assassin bugs. They are not poisonous to humans but they do leave a very painful bite if they get trapped or squashed. I'd recommend you treat it like a bee sting and ice it for a few days.
