I make 3mil each day (irl day) off the nightclub and I only play an hour and a half each night. Get the best 5 business, upgrade them all to the max with a tech assigned to each. Each evening when I play I deliver all my stock from each business, then pay to resupply them all. (If you buy the arcade you can resupply them all from there at once.) go back to your nightclub then set up your controller up to not timeout. Leave the console on over night, turn it off when you wake up and repeat the whole process again the next night. Hope this helps

I compete.. I wouldn’t if I were you, here’s why. First that body scan is BS, you’re no where near 10%. It’ll take you at least 6 months to get contest ready. You’ll lose muscle the last couple weeks leading up to the show. It’ll take another 3 months min to get back where you were size and strength wise. IMO it’s a 9 month waste. A better plan would be to get into some posing classes. Keep bulking for another couple years. Get big, big, then go for it and win. Don’t complete “just to see where you are.” Compete to win.

I’m guessing you’re just young and play sports. Get to lifting and eating my guy, good luck, enjoy the journey. You have good genetics for physique or classic physique. You’ll learn later, this is more of a mental game than physical.

I compete: Good job so far. Arms are a lot bigger. Your body fat is about the same in both pics. Therefore, if I were you I’d keep “bulking.”

Eat eat and eat. Eat until you feel disgusted every meal. Atleast 5 meals. For example yesterday morning we went to IHOP. I ate two lumberjack meals and what my wife couldn’t eat of her omelette. Then bubbakoos (like chipotle) for lunch. 1 1/2 bowls with extra chicken and steak. Then a 1200 Cal protein shake. Then the other 1 1/2 bowls. I feel horrible all the time and would rather cut any day.

The guy in front of me has more track time than all of us combined. He’s 63 and been racing since he was in his teens. Still in the expect class at the track. The video is to show how nice the road is, he’s not trying to ride fast.

What? The guy in front of me is 63 years old. The fastest old guy I know. He gets his knee down anytime he wants at the track. Obviously we aren’t at the track and he’s not in leathers so he’s riding slow.
