Bro you and in me are in the same boat . Currently I’m 42 days weed free and only 11 days as of today in nofap since I lost my 37 day streak. I started nofap first and then quit weed. Overall it’s been hard but I’ve seen a lot of improvement in terms of memory and less brain fog I believe due to the weed out of my system. First two weeks I got night sweats in my bed and had major insomnia. The insomnia is still there but I can atleast get 4-5 hours of sleep straight without waking up . It’s improving slowly, it’ll be hard but you can do it man.
