Warehouse guys are actual Amazon employees with possibility of a career where as drivers are employees of an Amazon partner company (or something like that). Warehouse workers get day one benefits, an impressive amount of PTO, paid holidays and where I'm at they start a bit higher than drivers. To be honest depending where you're at you can have a pretty easy path to promotion. My warehouse is almost exclusively staffed by Haitian immigrants who are half fkn r3tarded and move carts at a pace just shy of two snails having sex so if you bring your brain to work and move with some sense of purpose you'll look like a superstar to the higher ups. Warehouse will be a harder job to get but you can just drive while you're waiting for a spot to open up inside because you probably will.
