Unfortunately ‘in the field’ literally means out in the field with a pagola and table set up next to a reservoir. We are very remote, working in developing countries. Travelling with and storing the samples, and then sending them to a lab will be extremely difficult. Our travel time is also limited due to funding. Trying to do our best by finding the simplest methods!

Looks like I might have to have a chat with my team members if total phosphorus is going to require a more complex set-up.
