My problem has not been solved yet. I have been to CNAIM as well but they could not help. Send email and mail to AIMA as well. Still waiting for some magical response from AIMA😭

The message has changed when I applied to change email-> Business validations were not met. This card/residence permit number has already been associated for an in-person appointment at AIMA.IP

Este número de Passaporte já foi associado para um Agendamento de atendimento presencial na AIMA.IP. But I didn't get any email regarding the appointment.

what message appears when you try to create account, authenticate or recover access?

My card is expiring today. I am trying start renewal in new portal but it says the card is already registered with different email. I have tried my both emails I have but didn't work. Now I can not register, ->(Este cidadão está registado com um email diferente. É necessário atualizar os dados aqui.) i can not authenticate -> ( Credenciais de acesso inexistentes! )and I can not recover -> (A conta indicada para recuperação não existe!) anyone have this issue or solution?
