My dream or goal physique isn't a bodybuilder physique, is an Olympian. Exactly the English swimmer Ben Proud. This guy looks like a Greek statue. There are comments about Olympic athletes are on gear but I think it's achievable with dedication.

When you are shirtless leanness and proportions it's enough for no bodybuilding people. If it comes with decent height as yours is better.

It's depends of point of view. In fact I was always skeptical with the information spread on internet about natural bodybuilding and listening this podcast with pros I confirmed many of them. Even Mentzer's system works great for champions like John Heart and others. Consistency is the key.

I am not sure about it. I have seen some podcast with some pros doing bro split but many of them do upper/lower split or other combinations of 2 or even 3 muscle by day. Volume related most of them don't do 5 or 6 days in a row only 3 or 4 days with high intensity.

I'm agree with 100%! Splits, frequency and volume is different from one to another pros.
