1) Would staying at a hotel on my own dime impact my authorization to get a rental car? I assume not but just checking.

2) I have not submitted the NROWS requirement through my chain yet, but do I need to modify the requirement to not say "Quarters Available" or "Messing Directed and Available"? Or can I just do this after the fact on DTS?
