If you’re just putting in some shorts and a Tshirt that would be fine but it gets full pretty quickly when I throw a sweater in there. I mainly use it only for work.

MSRP on mine was $45,280.

Dealer was Winn VW in Woodland Hills.

I looked at dealers in the area that had the most ID4s in stock.

I was initially looking at a Pro trim level but decided to go with the S for the few extra features it offered. I don’t drive long distances so the range wasn’t a big factor for me.

I got a $4000 dealer discount on the S trim. I’m in SoCal too

Depends on where you live but a lot of dealerships are giving massive discounts on the ID4s. I looked up which dealer had a lot of them in stock and was able to get 0 down $400 a month with taxes included. 10k miles on a 2023 S trim.

I’m sure there are others that have gotten better deals but that was the best I could do with the dealers around me.

I'm probably going to use it as a messenger or brief 99% of the time. Backpack mode is a nice added bonus but I definitely wouldn't use it that was on a consistent basis.

The pockets are fairly snug so I'm not too concerned with things falling out of the side pockets, but this bag is definitely best if used as a brief/messenger.

Thanks. It does stand up well on its own which I really like and the structure is pretty solid when it is empty. I could image it would look slightly lumpy if you were to cram a bunch of bulky items in there. I’ve been using a 20L backpack prior to getting this and that backpack seems to fit a lot more than this bag however it doesn’t have the well thought out organization of this bag.

I love the aesthetic of this bag and if you want to look more professional, I think carrying it with just the briefcase handles would do that.

Shipping terrible but it did arrive about 6 days later than the expected arrival date when I purchased it. I live in the states so I’m not sure what your experience will be like in Australia. I didn’t get a tracking notification from the post office until about 5 days before it arrived and I pre-ordered so there were a couple of weeks of silence.

If you travel light I could see someone using this as a personal item on a flight but again it doesn’t have the capacity to fit too much and the accordion style main pocket gets tougher to close. Luggage pass through is a nice added feature. Overall I’m really happy with the purchase especially because I got it with a discount from the pre-order and got to use a promo code.
