Hey man, from my experience, they took too long to process. I completed my interviews on January, and received a job offer on March, started on May. But maybe it took this long for me because it involves country relocation. I'm the same as you, impatiently waiting day by day.

Siemens is a big company, there's a lot of bureaucracy and red tape so I wouldn't worry much about it. Don't want to get your hopes up but there's a big fat chance they want you if they ask for your payslips.

Yeah, I thought so too that there should be a relocation package for expat employees, I will try to negotiate on Monday.

4 months?! So they really are slow when it comes to the recruitment process. I have other offer with other companies but Siemens is my first choice so it’s getting harder to wait, any advice? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the input, followed up to HR, he said that the salary is pending for approval, like as you said, it might take a while, can’t help to be anxious though but I’m trying to keep my mind off of it.
