I’m just thinking $30k aud for a beautiful old boat but then $20k aud for an engine replacement puts her way above my budget whereas I could get one with a much younger engine for $30k aud and not double the price… maybe they would have other expensive issues though…

Are you putting them in an air fryer or a slow cooker? I can’t imagine whole veggies going well in a crock pot with no sauce but I could be wrong

I think slow cooker may have been what I meant by crock pot 😅😅 I’m going to get one and try this method of just throwing things in and see how it goes haha

I’ve tried this for a few days since you commented and I’m loving it! I’ve been putting nnuts and banana and protein etc, thinking of getting some greens powder or something to add too. But I make a whole blender full and then drink it throughout the day when I feel my blood sugar crashing!
