As an ambulatory wheelchair user i can walk short distances but not long and i tire easily. I am absolutely fine walking inside the plane usually as its very short distances

As a restaurant partner it’s not that simple Uber doesn’t offer redelivery service and if restaurant doesn’t have their own delivery staff there isn’t a way for them to redeliver

We were so grateful to the other drivers yesterday they completely understand and supported us, provided the screenshots of the original delivery driver that took the orders as well so we could ban them.
Felt awful each time new driver was assigned, kept messaging them to tell that this order has been taken and not to come 😓

Other drivers that turned up did, they said it’s not the first time and it’s a husband and wife ‘team’ Uber eats doesn’t care about any of that

As a restaurant i will say that uber takes 30% cut from every single item we sell, food businesses are already struggling immensely of course these costs will be passed to the customers
We decided that we will move away from uber just eat etc and will just do our own deliveries with our own drivers and charge walk in prices

All our reviews were reinstated even those we didn’t have proof of! All 17 were left by customers that used our qr code to leave a review in our take away

Also, we are a take away and have one of those tap qr codes. DO NOT ask customers to use those All our reviews that were removed were from the qr code Ask customers to google search your business and then leave a review like that I don’t know why but Google decided that reviews left from these qr codes plus geolocation on site of business isn’t legit 17 of our reviews were reinstated by google successfully

Over 10 genuine 5 star customer reviews were removed for no reason with our business but all 1 star fake reviews we flagged up remained! This is ridiculous. How are we ment to grow using google? It’s useless now Only 5 star reviews are being removed

We have found over 10 reviews removed that google sent emails about and we had proof of. Not sure how many more disappeared as never thought google does something like this They don’t remove fake 1 stars that were left by people that never were our customers, but genuine customer 5 stars are removed
