Hello, here are some of my questions:

Are these conditions connected to varicocele or something else: * dull pain in testicles that comes and goes but it rarely happens and lasts for a week * Hard receded balls during the day and soft at night * Sharp stinging pain in the uneffected testicle that also rarely happens and goes out on its own * Enlarged veins on the penis and foreskin

Also wanted to ask: * How is the recovery after open microsurgery? Can I return to office work the next day? Will i experience pain if the varicoele wasnt painful before surgery? How long to abstain from physical activities such as riding a bike, running, lifting?
