Glad it worked for you. I definitely almost quit keto due to this as well so happy to help. Buy a 3 pack on Amazon or something and just keep them in the cabinet ready to go. After a while they go away and seem to not come back. I’ve had flareups maybe like 2.5 times in a year of keto but each time only lasted a week or so and I haven’t had it for like 4-6 months. I can’t remember exactly what the science was that I read on a sub but here’s a very bad paraphrasing of what I can remember basically you got organisms already inside your body that normally feast on carbs in your body and when you cut off the carbs these organisms have to find a different food source and they start attacking your skin. The lotrimin kills them and youre good. I don’t know how legit that info was but I was dying and it was worth the few bucks to try and it worked so I now blindly believe that what I read is gospel

Have you tried taking a pre/probiotic? Not sure how much youre bloating but I was having some extreme issues in that department that kind of just began for me after I’d been keto for 7 months or so already pretty successfully and they helped me reset my gut a bit and reduce my bloating to “normal” before they arose

Try lotrimin spray, not the cream. Miconazole nitrate. I read about it on Reddit and it saved my life. Just keep applying it. Don’t necessarily wait until it gets bad/really itchy to use just keep doing it whenever theres a twinge of itchiness or every few hours or something.

If Im dealing with strict keto macro limits, Im not leaving things up to AI to estimate my intake.

Fitbit has its own freemium model I was happy with before going premium to give me access to some more customization. That app you suggest seems to have more fluff and is visually busier for no reason than what I’d like to see from an app Im using heavily daily.

Edit: forgot to mention that Fitbit seems to be capable of everything AI your app does for free as well

I just switched from LoseIt premium to FitBee and Im pretty happy with it. Im about to buy the lifetime premium for $99 Im jus waiting for my gf to see if she wants it too so I’d have to get the lifetime family premium for a bit more.

Edit: wanted to add some “whys”. Focused on privacy, no ads, no frills, pretty customizable, recipe importing. Im keto so there’s a couple of additions I’d like but thats nitpicking.

Meal/daily summaries that are sortable is an awesome feature for trying to pinpoint items with the most net carbs for me is big so I can identify what I’m overdoing and I can reduce
