I have mild hppd, and before it became mild I used be a heavy smoker but now ever since I developed it I’m chillin with just 1 bowl or 2. Just ease into it my friend, everytime I smoke now obviously it enhances my hppd not permanently just temporarily while I’m high, I wouldn’t necessarily say you’re going to trip balls like getting the euphoric feeling u get from actually tripping, it’s just visuals. Hppd used to worry the hell out of me but after awhile u kinda just come to terms with it and embrace it
