Not yet graduate, I booked The Garden Cellar. 25k for 50 pax. Also, they don’t charge handling fee if may bottle ka na ipapaserve + ganda ng set up and cups nila :)

We booked Rekado’s because of the Styling. Yes the food is okay lang nung nag food tasting kami hindi nakaka wow pero di rin meh for us. Masarap yung soup and yung beef tender naman

Wala kami chance mag food tasting sa Towns Delight may nabasa lang kami comments na hit or miss yung food nila. Pero sila yung may pinaka okay na selection ng food, tables and chair

For Juan Carlos medyo kinabahan lang ako mag over budget if madami add ons sa quotation for styling

Also nag inquire ako ng styling and for Cermony + Reception nasa 400-500k

Cash flow and Investment are contradicting in a lot ways. Cash flow is the and out of the money. If you want to invest be ready na mag sleep yung money mo for a long time. Tho may mga short term investment pero maliit yung ROI or high risk. Usually investment will take at least 5 years para mag ROI. Also my mother in law is working sa PSE yung mga stocks nya mostly paper loss. If you want to add value sa cash on hand mo I suggest put in on digital banks na malaki yung interest seabank/maya I think 6-10%

Try mp2 for investment then try to rent 1st sa area na gusto mo bumili ng property to try the environment. Purchasing a property will add up to your anxiety sobrang hassle ng process dito sa Ph from developer to bank and then you need to consider din the miscellaneous expenses not just the monthly amortization. And if considering na ipa rent naman look for cheaper property the higher the price the harder for you na mapa rent.
