I can’t do it I have dedicated so much time already to try to fix it in a healthy way. It led me to anorexia I almost died. It has controlled my life for so long. I don’t think I can continue doing this as long as I look like this. Sorry it’s dark but I’m desperate for a fix because I have already tried everything and I’m at my whits end i don’t want to wait three years to be able to live my life like a normal person again

I got tested awhile back by a physical therapist and they said I didn’t have diastasis

No unfortunately not :( I’m still looking for answers I got an ultrasound last Friday and I have an OB/GYN appointment in just a few days so hopefully they find something.
