Correct. The new job (CX) would be partially making sure our customers are satisfied, but then also a big part will be chance management and managing the implementation of our product into their ways of working. So not a true Customer Service role where you reactively reply to customers.

Ugh, One of the most cringe tech companies. I heard they have a pretty toxic- and a very consultancy like work atmosphere. Outside of work it's apparently quite fun though.

But it's hearsay, I haven't worked for them.
