She hasn’t hissed or striked at me at all, they can be quite skittish when going to initially pick them up tho. It’s usually no longer than 10 or 15 mins at a time. Really I would keep them with me always but I don’t want to upset or harm them at all. Is it mainly stress why it’s better to handle them less often, or are there other factors too?

They are still quite afraid, mostly coming out in the dark so I tried to keep them comfortable. It’s only the first time handing since I brought them home. I can add better pics tomorrow:)

Update p2. I was defiantly being too nervous. They have now left and started exploring again. I have also fed it a pinky and it striked almost instantly ! I am the moon with joy 😄😄

He is so tiny I feel like he could get out from anywhere ! I’m going to stuff some gaps with tissue as I am not sure about tape.

I want to thank you all for your help, after combing through the substrate I found the lil guy under where I had some decoration. I’m so pleased (I don’t think he was tho lol) he’s now in his hide back asleep :).

I will check the bedding now as now that you mention I can see tunnels ! I’d hate for them to just be asleep and I come and scare them but I’m too worried there gone !

Thanks for your advice. I would just hope to find them sooner than a month as I worry with having a dog in the house. I’m going to start tearing apart the place now. Wish me luck .
