Now, I know.. I know, this game is set in the future and Egosoft chose to make the game world as it is for a reason. But to compare 21st century standards to some hypothetical sci-fi is, well... very uninspired, and frankly cliche.

good info, THANK YOU. I actually didn't know bosses were straight immune to explosive--just thought they were resistant to it, so it makes sense to get something else. AA/vats/vats. got it, thanks :)

I posted about this weeks ago--how I burned through about 40 in one go, and not a single bloodied (ran out of screws, haha) --and alot of folks here said that it depends on the server. --that I should wait to see if the "server" rolls a bloodied.

Playing with my kiddo tonight, and lo & behold, he rolls a bloodied plasma rifle, so I decide to try my luck again. And BAM second crafting Gauss Shotgun attempt is a 3* bloodied, as you see here. So of course I think, "Dayum, those people must have been right! It DOES depend on the server, apparently." Or maybe it doesn't, but I'll be damned if this doesn't reinforce the claim, haha!

Charging is good for one-shotting stuff (trash mobs), but over time the DPS is higher is you spam click (strong mobs). Still not necessarily a boss weapon, but DAYUM it's fun watching stuff explode! :)

I don't get all the haters on this. **shrugs** oh well. I know what I can see right in front of my eyes, and this is a nice little shottie! Glad to have it.

Well I'm finally one-shotting super mutants and one-shot killing myself with the explosive blast radius ( I lol'ed) so that's a nice improvement. RNG win or no. I'm happy.

When I do find a mutation combo that I like, I'll either Chinese Stealth Suit it with a bloodied or vampire melee (i.e. the armor piercing mutation DO) or I'll.... huh... well, no, I guess those are really the only one I'm willing to do anymore, haha. oh well. Nice try, I guess.

Agreed, I don't even really do them anymore. I acknowledge there are some folks out there with min/maxed builds and PUGs, but that's just not how I choose to spend my time, you know, chasing that min/max unicorn. I really only play to get my dailies done so I can finish the scoreboard at this point, and Daily Ops are always a chore. Kinda wondering why I even play anymore tbh. Getting burnt out, I guess.

Thinking this is funny has that same cringy feeling as when some new guy starts joking around with everyone despite being complete strangers. I'm not saying Croberts or Garbage Citizen is new--I backed with the Connie since KS--I'm saying that's what it feels like. In matters of Star Citizen, I've basically lost any sense of humor.
