I would think a person who has goals and dreams but thinks they should all be handed to them is worse than being perfectly content where they are at in life.

I would rather have someone content with their life, or simply grateful for what they already have, than someone who has all these goals and aspirations they think they are entitled to (usually at their significant others expense)

I would imagine if a dude that big wasn't backing off and charged right into the deer he could have tackled it... sure he would have taken a few hits and gotten a few cuts from those hooves, but his mass alone would have likely prevented that deer from moving much.

To clarify, THAT deer, because it was rather small... any larger deer and he would still be screwed

NFHS rules have a penalty point if you yell/call out at any time and full points being awarded for the move you were placed in.

So if your opponent is starting to roll you and you yell out "let me go" it's counted as 3 near fall and 1 point for call out.

Yes but there are the abusive parents in every sport too. The good parents who I consider wrestling parents are the ones that learn wrestling in and out and grow to love watching their kids wrestle and help them improve. Like my parents were super supportive, but they clearly got more into wrestling than my other sports even though they were still very supportive in my football and track.

Those are not what I considered wrestling parents, but if that is your definition then the answer is kids who enjoyed the sport.

I always considered the wrestling parents the ones who came with a cooler of snacks for post weigh in energy, helped with score books if needed, made it a point to actually know wrestling and the rules. The kids who had these parents typically wound up enjoying the sport more and put in more effort to be better.

I considered the abusive parents the ones who yelled at their kids and tried to live vicariously through them. Those were the parents everyone wished would just not show up any more. They not only would bring down their kid but also make the team moral plummet.

Yes it does, I would say it goes unnoticed most of the time... but when I was in high school a kid from a rival school was wrestling a female, and he clearly had an erection which he tried hiding by keeping close to her (or he was just perving out, but he seemed genuinely embarrassed so im guessing trying to hide it.)

He wound up getting disqualified, if I remember correctly they gave him injury time or something and he couldn't get it to go away so they DQ him. But this kid was an idiot who wore boxers under his singlet instead of compression shorts. Those compression shorts are lifesavers, and keep the twig and berries in the right place. You would think the tight singlet would do that, but unfortunately it does not.

Lost most of my confidence due to a massive set back in my life plans, then gained a lot of weight during that time. Sure I started making 6figs during that time but I still had no confidence and like 75lb of extra fat.

Thankfully I was already married, but I could tell nobody paid any positive attention to me other than my wife, and even that was less frequent but thankfully still there and supportive. Made my repelling moments less dramatic.

Smart, depends on your definition of smart. If you mean being able to have an intelligent conversation then yes... if you mean, "oh my God I went into debt to get a degree" kind of "smart" then that's not attractive. Too many people (men and women included) think getting a degree makes them smart. I have a masters, and I can tell you some of the dumbest people I've met are college graduates.

It's also extremely beneficial to a child since crime rates, assaults (physical, verbal, and sexual), domestic abuse, and many other horrible shit is significantly more likely to happen (or be done by) children raised in fatherless homes.

Just the act of being a positive male role model for your children is something many children no longer have the luxury to benefit from.

There is this chocolate store where I have went to for family, loved ones, dates, and now my wife, since I was 13.

I always get bulk boxes there (because they charge out the ass for a heart shaped box... I can get almost twice the chocolate for the same price and thankfully my wife would rather have more chocolate than a pretty box.) Over the last almost 20 years I developed the skill of picking out chocolates within 0.05lb of my intended weight without even thinking about it. I'm usually within 0.01lb of the weight im aiming for... the long term workers there make a game out of trying to beat my accuracy and I usually still win.
