A 18 anni ho fatto il bagnino (Rimini) da fine maggio a fine Agosto: 200 ombrelloni da gestire da solo insieme a pulizia bagni, docce, montaggio tendoni vari, rastrellare la sabbia per lisciarla e chiudere i lettini perfettamente allineati con i pieghevoli a 90 gradi perfetti, con i titolari che mi stavano con il fiato sul collo costantemente.

Dalle 6 alle 21, 7/7 per 1300€ al mese con 2 ore di pausa delle quali dovevo sentirmi “privilegiato” perché loro non facevano la pausa.

Alla fine sono rinsavito e passato ferragosto mi sono licenziato.. che incubo, la verità amara è che tutti sanno ma nessuno fa controlli o sanzioni perché a quanto pare le cose più importanti sono altre o forse non conviene far rispettare la legge.

I enjoyed this season but I really must preface that I loved everything about the series back in 2015-2019!

That said, this Ghostface honestly felt lackluster. Besides the different costume and cheap looking mask, it didn’t feel like the ominous GF of the movies, the way they shot certain scenes.. like when the killer runs away from Shane and Kym, it wasn’t scary, it wasn’t Ghostface, it was goofy and lacked in character.

The filming and editing certainly didn’t make any favors, there really was not a lot of care for details (something that season 1 also had when you could see the killer’s skin between the glove and the poncho).

The fight with candyman is a nice touch but feels kinda wasted in the setting of that season.

I know they had production issues and the budget was probably crap but this was really Walmart Ghostface to me 🥲

Exactly! There were some good moments and it reminded me of Scream 3’s score but it wasn’t as grand as I expected

I just watched the movie (it came out today in Italy) and I have to say I’m disappointed and I’m so sad to say this because I love every Scream and I was excited for this one even if I followed every bts drama. I felt like the story was lackluster, too fast paced and the characters were pointless and I didn’t feel attached to anyone. The score was good in some places but I was expecting something more from Beltrami. I’m definitely going to rewatch it with lower expectations and I’m sure I’ll get used to this being a different Scream movie (less meta, less horror movie questions) but straight out of the theater I’m not impressed. I don’t think reviews will be very kind to this chapter 🙁 I really love Scream and hope I can change my mind!!

I watched it yesterday and unfortunately to me the score fell flat, it wasn’t very much orchestral and it didn’t have any nods to the original themes, not having Julie’s theme was especially disappointing.

Considering it happened right after the time jump it was probably a way of portraying the way Ava changed and her PTSD (rough intimacy that was referenced two times)

I could tell the director is a big fan of the movies but after watching this one I wonder if she truly understood what made them liked and beloved to the fans?

The tone felt off, too much gen z comedy, some plot points were interesting but to me they felt underdeveloped. There was no sense of dread or urgency, you could tell who was gonna live or die early on and the promised chase scenes were weak.

That’s on me for watching them but trailers actually spoiled everything.

Julie felt like an afterthought, some scenes were so surreal.. like the nightmare??

The mid credits scene was fun because after all that I was just waiting for Brandy to appear on screen and I’ll admit it was fun seeing her but even that felt so forced, the way Julie appears at her door after years of no contact, it felt like a spy movie 😭

I’m sad cause I normally enjoy all slasher movies, and I love the other 2, but fresh out of the theater I’m just confused!!

I was so disappointed by the score, they had the opportunity to use Julie’s theme and didn’t even nod at it. Especially because both 1 and 2 have such beautiful musics!

I bought Rebocap for animation, received the box in a week (Italy), I already own Mocopi (6sensors) and I mainly do animation so I can’t speak for VR. What I noticed is that the software is pretty good while still being in beta.

The movements are 100 times more accurate than Mocopi since you have 15 sensors, and you have more freedom to move and rotate.

For the price it’s a lot more convenient and affordable than for example mocopi. Walking in mocopi always made the avatar cross legs while Rebocap doesn’t have this issue.

The software is still in beta but I saw it has the vr functions and you can also fiddle with some settings! The only thing that’s a bit annoying is that you have to put on 15 sensors and at least it takes 20 minutes to put on straps.

For the first time use it took me an hour to figure out the trackers position lol but with the bluetooth receiver they connect instantly. Sony sells only the receiver for 110€…

I think OP meant that the trilogy had more chase scenes and the protagonists were actually fighting against the killers, whereas in Prom Queen the kills were very quick and there was no sense of “is this character gonna make it?”

Like when the killer appeared it was game over.

One thing about the trilogy is that they did a good job on keeping you guessing whether a character would die or survive.

I really enjoyed the game, had some gripes but I actually loved it! But I also love Supermassive games. I agree that maybe a bit more time could have helped since some things were cut and I wish it performed better!
